Toucy is 20 minutes from Guédelon, a tourist and cultural site where today a fortified castle is built using techniques and materials from the Middle Ages. Do you know the town of Auxerre? Just 20 minutes from the Pyramide du Loup, discover this town of Art and History with its narrow cobbled streets, timber-framed houses and exceptional heritage.

The Visit

In the heart of a wooded landscape, the Pyramide du Loup awaits you to plunge into the world of the wolf and biodiversity! Set off on an adventure as you travel through time to gain a better understanding of the changing relationship between man and wolf from prehistoric times to the present day.
In a scenovision area, experience an extraordinary adventure alongside P’tit Louveteau through a 3D animated film projected onto the Pyramid dome in an enchanting environment! Watch a documentary on the return of the wolf to France.
Then discover a prehistoric cave with an encampment of Cro-Magnon man before moving on to the land of history and hunting. For a moment, put yourself in the wolf’s shoes and walk through the Phébus trap… By following a maze of corridors, you can learn more about the biology of the wolf (morphology of the animal, pack life, diet, etc.).
It’s a unique experience, with areas that are both fun and educational, not to mention a magnificent 20-hectare outdoor park where the walk takes you past our two wolfdogs, Néïs and Nahele.
Fun trails await you to find out more about the pond’s ecosystem, the bat’s way of life and the benefits of renewable energy. If you’d like to try out our barefoot trail (booking required), don’t wait any longer…
Our cultural site is accessible with a pushchair. Baby changing facilities on site. Snacks, picnic tables and walking trail with an exceptional spot of trognes. Educational activities and birthday parties.
